employers publish, then reaching out to companies that are actively hiring.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4af3117c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4af3117c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In practice, agencies learn about new recruitment needs in a few ways:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0fbc8ec4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0fbc8ec4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>Direct contact with the client;<\/li><li>Market intelligence &#8211; tips from candidates who work at a given company, industry contacts who know about upcoming hires, and so on;<\/li><li>Monitoring published job ads.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-66a50f22 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"66a50f22\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>That third method &#8211; scanning job boards &#8211; is surprisingly labor-intensive. There are dozens of portals and other places where companies post openings. (We maintain Poland&#8217;s largest list of job boards and candidate sources <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/darmowe-ogloszenia-z-ofertami-pracy\">here<\/a>.)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c4d5a10b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c4d5a10b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The good news is that job posting monitoring can be automated. Most popular <a href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/wszystko-o-ats\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" style=\"color: #0000ff\">ATS systems<\/a> in Poland and elsewhere don&#8217;t offer this, though. <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Element<\/a> does.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ca1e2f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3ca1e2f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Keeping tabs on the recruitment needs of companies &#8211; prospects and existing clients alike &#8211; is hard. Not just because of how many job boards exist, but because of how many companies you need to track.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c42c2cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6c42c2cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The longer a <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/agencje-pracy-wybor-agencji-i-zasad-wspolpracy-poradnik\/\">recruitment agency<\/a> has been operating, the bigger its client database grows. More companies means more <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/zdobadz-nowe-projekty-rekrutacyjne\/\">recruitment projects<\/a> to manage, and less time left over for scouting new ones. You will inevitably miss some companies at the right moment and lose the chance to win their project.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0f6fd1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0f6fd1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>It gets worse when <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/potrzeby-rekrutacyjne-w-wybranych-branzach-kwiecien-2020-raport-ats-element\/\">recruitment needs<\/a> aren&#8217;t managed centrally within a client organization. Your contact person might not even know about new vacancies that have popped up in other departments or divisions. You ask them, they say &#8220;nothing right now,&#8221; and meanwhile their logistics team posted three openings last week.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f35ae0f3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f35ae0f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Anyone who has worked in recruitment agency sales knows this problem well. When I was running sales at my own <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/czy-executive-search-jest-zarezerwowany-dla-firm-rekrutacyjnych\/\">recruitment firm<\/a>, I spent too much time manually checking portals for new postings from companies I already knew. At some point the obvious question hit me: why isn&#8217;t the <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/wszystko-o-ats\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ATS system<\/a> doing this for me? The system already has <strong>a database of all the companies the agency works with. It should be able to monitor job boards for postings from those specific companies and tell me when something new appears<\/strong>. We then connected it to the <a href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/wszystko-o-ats\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" style=\"color: #0000ff\">ATS system<\/a> Element and to popular recruitment portals like pracuj.pl.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d68ef89 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1d68ef89\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>So how does it actually work?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06f0ebf8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"06f0ebf8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Element has two main modules: an <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/wszystko-o-ats\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ATS<\/a> for managing recruitment processes, and a <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/funkcjonalnosci#:~:text=odwiedzaj%C4%85cych%20i%20inne-,CRM%20rekrutacyjny,-Modu%C5%82%20CRM%20w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CRM<\/a> for managing client relationships. The <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/funkcjonalnosci#:~:text=odwiedzaj%C4%85cych%20i%20inne-,CRM%20rekrutacyjny,-Modu%C5%82%20CRM%20w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CRM<\/a> is where <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/agencje-pracy-wybor-agencji-i-zasad-wspolpracy-poradnik\/\">recruitment agencies<\/a> store their clients and prospects &#8211; companies they work with or would like to work with.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23ba0e08 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"23ba0e08\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Our algorithm takes the list of companies from the <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/funkcjonalnosci#:~:text=odwiedzaj%C4%85cych%20i%20inne-,CRM%20rekrutacyjny,-Modu%C5%82%20CRM%20w\">CRM<\/a> and scans recruitment portals for job postings from those companies. When it finds one, <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Element<\/a> notifies whoever manages that client relationship. The idea is simple, almost obvious (the implementation was not), but it makes a real difference:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-af04e559 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"af04e559\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>No more manually browsing job boards every morning.<\/li><li>You learn about a new posting right away, so you can respond before competitors do.<\/li><li>You won&#8217;t miss a posting from a company you care about just because you didn&#8217;t check that day.<\/li><li>There&#8217;s a certain peace of mind in knowing the system is watching even when you&#8217;re busy with other things.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a861f72a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a861f72a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>That said, automated monitoring doesn&#8217;t replace direct client contact. Even if <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Element<\/a> covered every portal out there (we&#8217;re working on expanding coverage) and every company career page, there are things it can&#8217;t catch:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e4e98e48 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e4e98e48\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Relationships matter. Staying in touch with clients even when they have no open positions keeps the door open for when they do.<\/li><li>Some companies never publish <a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/ogloszenia-rekrutacyjne-raport-element\/\">job postings<\/a> publicly.<\/li><li>Confidential searches, by definition, won&#8217;t show up on any job board.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a4c8e65 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a4c8e65\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>But wherever we can take tedious manual work off our users&#8217; plates, we try to.
