We deliberately waited with the update until the end of April. We wanted to present the recruitment data from the whole month, and not only it&#8217;s the first part, where business was affected not only by the pandemic but also by Easter.<\/b><\/p><p>Recruitment data collected with our<span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\">ATS<\/a><\/span> is presented, as usual, on a chart. However, no particular analysis is needed to conclude that April was by far the worst month of this year. This poor record is undoubtedly due to not only pandemic but Easter as well.<\/p><p>It is worth noting that the ICT industry, which has been holding firm in the first quarter, has been under pressure and recorded a slightly higher loss than the financial industry.
