publishes July data from the labor market. Among the data sources, Element&#8217;s recruitment system was present again. Element&#8217;s Job Monit feature provides users of our ATS with always new data about the Polish labor market&#8217;s recruitment needs and the popularity of job boards.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Here are the key findings from the Rzeczpospolita report:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">July is, in most industries, a brake on the growth in job openings that occurred in previous months. This has to do with, among others, the market&#8217;s expectation for further developments.<\/span><\/li><li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Growth is the IT and e-commerce industry, as well as sales, logistics, and customer service positions.
