Element&#8217;s <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/eng\/ats-all-you-need-to-know\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">applicant tracking system<\/a><\/span> has benefited from this team&#8217;s research twice.<\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The first study researched how experienced recruiters analyze candidates&#8217; profiles. The study results helped implement new technologies supporting the process of candidate profile screening. This study&#8217;s conclusions, beneficial for candidates, are presented in <\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/3-seconds-to-screen-candidate-profile-biometric-research-results\/\">this article on our blog<\/a><\/span>.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The second study looked at improving the user interface of our system.
