the technical and functional development of our <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/eng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment system<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, 6 years after creating Element, at the end of 2020, we implemented a new, mostly built completely from scratch, version of our recruitment system &#8211; <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/eng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Element 2.0<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Without undue exaggeration, it can be said that the difference is huge.
