This monitoring is usually carried out in two ways: direct contact with the client, and tracking of published job advertisements. Most of today&#8217;s <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/wszystko-o-ats\">ATS (applicant tracking systems)<\/a><\/span> do not support automation in this area.<\/b><\/p><p>Verification of the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/recruitment-needs-of-selected-industries-april-2020-element-ats-recruitment-report\/\">recruitment needs<\/a><\/span> of companies, both prospectuses and clients, becomes a challenge when there is a constant increase in the number of companies, job offers, and recruitment projects. It is not unusual <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/is-executive-search-reserved-for-recruitment-firms\/\">for a recruitment<\/a><\/span> agency to have thousands of companies in its CRM. A large number of companies, both prospects <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/recruitment-needs-in-poland-may-2020-grant-thornton-and-element-report\/\">and clients, usually equals a large number of recruitment projects in ATS, which in turn means a growing workload and less and less time to monitor recruitment needs<\/a><\/span> of companies with which we do not have ongoing cooperation. Some companies will not get in touch with us at the right time, and we will lose the chance to carry out the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/find-a-new-recruitment-project\/\">recruitment project<\/a><\/span>.<\/p><p>The situation is more complicated in the case of companies in which the recruitment needs are not managed centrally. In this case, the contact person, with whom we verify current recruitment projects, may not know about new vacancies that have appeared in other company structures.<\/p><p>These kinds of challenges are everyday life in many recruitment agencies. We have connected this algorithm to our <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/learn-about-element-recruitment-system-technology\/\">recruitment system<\/a><\/span> and to selected popular Polish job boards, such as <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/pracuj.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">pracuj.pl<\/a><\/span> or <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/infopraca.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">infopraca.pl<\/a><\/span>. CRM module of our system provides a list of companies, which then the algorithm uses to check <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/temporary-work-agencies-job-ads-report-january-2020\/\">job boards for new job ads<\/a><\/span> published by these companies. If the job ad is found, then <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/wszystko-o-ats\">ATS<\/a><\/span> will notify a user. The idea is simple, not to say trivial, but benefits measurable:<\/p><ul><li>Saving time for job boards monitoring.<\/li><li>Immediate notification of new <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/polish-it-job-ads-market-2019-report\/\">job ads<\/a><\/span> provides an opportunity to contact new customers immediately.<\/li><li>Low chance of missing new job ads.<\/li><li>Greater comfort of work, knowing that system monitors job boards for you.<\/li><\/ul><p>Of course, implementing such functionality in <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/wszystko-o-ats\">ATS<\/a><\/span> does not mean that contact with the customer &#8211; in the absence of job ads &#8211; is unnecessary. Even if our recruitment system monitors all job boards (which we are continually aiming at) and companies career pages, it should be remembered that:<\/p><p>Relationships in business are essential.
