style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\">Element<\/a>. <span style=\"color: #003300;\">Element is an <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/wszystko-o-ats\">applicant tracking <\/a><\/span><\/span>system, ATS for short<\/span>, that has a unique capability of monitoring advertisement portals. We have been developing this feature for several years. So far, we have focused mainly on the pracuj.pl, the biggest Polish job board. We have systematically added monitoring of other job boards. In May 2019, we published <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\/blog\/monitoring-of-recruitment-agency-clients-needs\/\">an article<\/a><\/span> about the benefits of such monitoring.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Currently, we are preparing to provide <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\">Element<\/a><\/span>&#8216;s clients with the ability to generate reports on more than 50 ad portals, also thanks to integration with external tools. Our ad monitoring module is another step on the way to providing and usefully combining the most innovative technologies in the HR industry.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>Although we collect data from many job boards in our <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/elementapp.ai\">ATS<\/a><\/span>, it should be noted that this data contains a margin of error. It is particularly difficult for algorithms implemented in our applicant tracking system, to distinguish whether two almost identical-sounding ads elate to the same job ad. It is not an uncommon practice to publish the same job offer in different ways to attract more candidates.
