Recrutify is a Warsaw-based ATS targeting recruitment agencies and freelancers. Element was built by recruiters and hiring managers who needed a system that works from day one. Both use kanban boards, but they sit at different points in maturity and feature depth — and their API policies couldn't be more different.
Recrutify is a relatively young product on the Polish ATS market. It's growing, but many features are still being shaped. Element has been running for years — tested by hundreds of organizations ranging from early-stage startups to international banks. You configure recruitment processes yourself in seconds. Add stages, custom fields, or automations on the spot. You won't need to open a support ticket or wait for a patch.

Recrutify is built around a kanban view, but users report it's still being refined. Element's kanban stays responsive even with hundreds of candidates in a single process — drag a card and it moves immediately. The same board handles recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and talent pools, all under one license.

In Recrutify, hiring managers can view candidates. That's the baseline. Element takes this further: you share specific kanban stages with a hiring manager. They move candidates between those stages and trigger automated messages on their own. Payroll sees only "Hired." The onboarding lead sees only "Onboarding." The recruiter keeps oversight of the whole process while day-to-day decisions happen where they should.

Element lets you add unlimited application questions of any type: dropdowns, checkboxes, open text, file uploads. Answers are scored automatically, and candidates don't know it's happening. The recruiter opens a ranked list, filters by score, and can spot disqualifying answers at a glance. Recrutify doesn't offer scored questions — every response has to be evaluated by hand.

Every company tags projects differently: department, priority, process type, lead recruiter, agency. In Element, you create as many of these fields as the job requires — text, dropdown, multi-select, date — and then filter all projects by those parameters in one click. Recrutify supports basic custom fields, though the range of data types and filtering options is narrower.

Element includes a built-in search engine for LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow — you don't need a paid LinkedIn Recruiter license. Find a profile, pull it into your pipeline, and keep moving. Recrutify doesn't offer built-in sourcing from these platforms, so LinkedIn searches require a separate license.
Element logs nearly every event: stage changes, recruiter activity, time between stages, source effectiveness. You can export the raw data at any point and build your own reports, or use the built-in dashboards for a quick overview. Recrutify offers basic reporting, though the data points captured and the export formats are more constrained.

Job Monit scans 50+ Polish job boards daily (Pracuj.pl, LinkedIn, OLX, Indeed, and others) and pulls every listing into Element. You can track competitor openings and salary trends across portals. Recruitment agencies rely on it to spot potential clients and keep tabs on the market. As of 2026, this feature has no equivalent in Recrutify or other Polish ATS platforms.

Recrutify reserves API access for its Enterprise plan, which means negotiating a custom price before you can integrate anything. In Element, API access ships with every subscription — plug it into your internal tools on day one.
Recrutify charges 69-79 EUR per user per month (roughly 300-340 PLN), and with a multi-person team the bill climbs quickly. Key features like API require the Enterprise plan. Element bundles everything — API included — at a lower per-user price for comparable functionality. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel whenever you want.
Flexible plans for teams of any size. No credit card required to start.
