A new view of the recruitment pipeline in Element ATS
Contrary to all the obstacles that the 2020 puts before the Element team, we are constantly working on improving our recruitment system.
We have been working on a new version of the recruitment pipeline view for a long time and planned to implement this view just before Christmas. We made it with the gift!
Find out how recruitment pipeline in our ATS looked just a few days before and how it looks like today. The difference is hard not to notice.
To sum it up, the main changes are displaying photos of candidates, current jobs and employers directly on the board, and changing the location of action buttons in such a way that they do not obscure other information.
In addition, we introduced a few more small, aesthetic changes to our ATS, which improved the readability of recruitment pipeline view.
After the first reactions from users, we already know that the change was very well received. This makes us very happy and motivates us to continue working 🙂
See you soon, and Merry Christmas!

Getting an email from AI instead of a human is fine, as long as the data stays high quality. Most routine work is algorithmic, and the outcome matters more than the author of the message.
