Our brief 2020 recap - Element 1.0 vs 2.0
Our 2020 summary will be very brief.
It was difficult to achieve great sales results during the pandemic, so our main goal was something else – the technical and functional development of our recruitment system.
Thus, 6 years after creating Element, at the end of 2020, we implemented a new, mostly built completely from scratch, version of our recruitment system – Element 2.0.
Without undue exaggeration, it can be said that the difference is huge. Both visually, which is perfectly illustrated by the video below, and in terms of the freedom and convenience to create and manage recruitment processes offered by the latest version of our ATS.
The video lasts only one and a half minutes, but it is enough to feel the enormity of changes worked out by our team.
