Eye tracking in recruitment - where science meets HR
Two examples of the use of eyetracking in Element applicant tracking system
ASM NEURO LAB is a research team specializing in neuromarketing research. Element’s applicant tracking system has benefited from this team’s research twice.
The first study researched how experienced recruiters analyze candidates’ profiles. The study results helped implement new technologies supporting the process of candidate profile screening. This study’s conclusions, beneficial for candidates, are presented in this article on our blog.
The second study looked at improving the user interface of our system. This study’s results were used to create Element 2.0, the latest version of our recruitment system.
ASM NEURO LAB asked us for an interview on these two projects. Therefore, if you are interested in the subject of science and innovative technologies in the HR industry, I encourage you to read the interview that was published on the Nerolab blog. Link to the interview (Polish version only)
