Free job posting sites in Poland: we have updated the biggest list of candidate sources

Our page “Free job posting sites in Poland” received a major update on 25 October 2026. It is the biggest list of places in Poland where an employer can post a job ad for free: nearly 30 free job boards, 39 university career offices and about 289 Facebook groups split into 33 sections. For every source we give the posting terms, and for job boards also the average monthly number of visitors according to Similarweb, so you can see right away where your ad will reach the most candidates. Lists like this go out of date quickly. Job boards change their prices without notice, Facebook groups disappear, and universities move their career offices to new addresses. That is why this time we went through the whole page: job boards, career offices and Facebook groups.

Free job boards: terms checked for October 2026

The table of the best free job boards, the answers to frequently asked questions and the data for search engines now have terms checked in October 2026. You can post an ad without creating an account on Lento.pl and Zarabiaj.pl. Jooble’s free plan gives you one ad for 7 days, and on Nuzle.pl, Jober.pl, HitPraca.pl and Jobdesk.pl you post for free after creating a free employer account.

Znajdzprace.plus dropped out of the table of the best free job boards, because the “1 ad every 10 days” limit we described no longer applies. The site is still on the full list of free sources, together with its number of visitors.

IT job boards: new prices and the end of free junior ads

We also refreshed the prices of paid IT job boards. As of October 2026, Just Join It costs from 1070 PLN net per ad, No Fluff Jobs from 590 PLN net in non-IT categories and from 1190 PLN net in IT, and Bulldogjob from 790 PLN net. We also confirmed that free ads for junior positions and internships on Just Join It, No Fluff Jobs and Bulldogjob are no longer available.

Without a budget, the main free IT options are the Work4dev job board and SOLID.Jobs, where a Standard ad for Junior and Intern positions is free after you share the link on social media. The second channel is Facebook groups, for example “Praca w IT dla Stażystów i Juniorów” with 132k members.

We removed job boards that stopped working

Dead or inactive job boards have disappeared from the list, including WebJobs.pl, pracawbudownictwie.com.pl, Coder Jobs, DevHunt.pl, WeAreHiring.it, Foodjobs, Jobmail, FINESPRESSO, Hello HR, MeddieHub, Sales Job Offers, praca.magazynuj.to, TSL Job Offers and Sprawny Marketing. This way you do not waste time on sites where nothing can be posted anymore.

39 career offices with corrected addresses

University career offices are a free channel to students and graduates, and you send them your offer by regular email, without registration. In this update we fixed many outdated links and names, because some universities have changed their names. The Pedagogical University of Krakow is now the University of the National Education Commission (Uniwersytet Komisji Edukacji Narodowej), the State Higher Vocational School in Nowy Sącz is now an Academy of Applied Sciences, and Sopocka Szkoła Wyższa is now Sopocka Akademia Nauk Stosowanych. We also corrected the location of the West Pomeranian University of Technology: it was wrongly listed “in Sopot”, while the university is based in Szczecin.

Facebook groups: about 289 groups in 33 sections

For manual work and local hiring, Facebook groups are one of the fastest free channels. In this update we removed 13 groups that no longer exist, including Warszawska Ukraina, OPIEKUNOWIE MEDYCZNI, Szczecin Praca, Praca Trójmiasto i okolice and several groups with jobs in Norway, Sweden and Germany.

We added about 19 large groups and three new sections: OGÓLNOPOLSKIE (nationwide), PRACA ZDALNA (remote work) and STUDENCI (students). The new sections hold Praca – Szukam pracy/Dam pracę with about 509k members, Praca zdalna – tylko poważne oferty with about 240k, ZATRUDNIĘ STUDENTA with about 179k and Praca dodatkowa with about 170k members. We also added three Ukrainian groups (about 215k, 165k and 131k members) and new groups in Warsaw, Krakow, Poznań, Wrocław, the Tricity and Silesia.

We also updated the member counts of groups that were already on the list. The differences can be large: the HR HRowi HRem group grew from 27.1k to 32.3k members. After the changes, the list has about 289 groups in 33 sections, compared with about 283 groups in 30 sections before. How to use the list

At the top of the page there is a short table that suggests where to post first, depending on who you are looking for. Manual workers are found fastest locally, through Facebook groups, Lento.pl and Zarabiaj.pl. Specialists and office workers through Pracuj.pl or LinkedIn, and IT candidates through job boards that show salary ranges. Below it you will find step-by-step instructions on how to post a job ad for free, and full lists of job boards, groups and career offices.

If you post the same ad in several places at once, applications start arriving by email from different job boards, and it is easy to lose a candidate.
