August on the Polish labor market
Grant Thornton and Element ATS Report
As every month, we present the latest labor market report prepared by Grant Thornton and Element applicant tracking system. The report presents data from August.
Element recruitment system provided data for the report thanks to the Job Monit module, which monitors the largest Polish recruitment portals and provides our clients with invaluable data on Polish employers’ recruitment needs, job offers, or the popularity of recruitment portals.
The Business Insider summarized the report as follows:
The Polish labor market confirms the ongoing economic downturn in Poland. The drops in new job offers from employers are deepening. August saw the largest increase in demand for chief accountants and e-commerce specialists. There are still few benefits in the offers. (link to the publication)
