Polish labor market in September 2020
Good news from the labor market - report by Grant Thornton and Element
The latest report prepared by Grant Thornton, based on the Element recruitment system’s data, was released on Friday. One of the report’s key information is the number of 270,000 job ads published in Poland in September. This is only 10% less than a year ago. Considering the pandemic, this can be considered an excellent result. It is also a 12% increase in the number of job offers compared to August.
Also noteworthy is the strong increase in the number of job offers for the position of HR Business Partner. This may result from companies’ growing needs in terms of employment and the need for organizations to cope with new HR challenges that have emerged during the pandemic.
The demand for programmers, e-commerce specialists, and accountants is constantly growing.

The report was prepared using data from the Element‘s Job Monit module. The Job Monit module monitors job ads published on over 50 of the largest Polish Job Boards.
