News from the labour market - data from the ATS Element in the Rzeczpospolita report
The latest report from the Rzeczpospolita publishes July data from the labor market. Among the data sources, Element’s recruitment system was present again. Element’s Job Monit feature provides users of our ATS with always new data about the Polish labor market’s recruitment needs and the popularity of job boards.
Here are the key findings from the Rzeczpospolita report:
- July is, in most industries, a brake on the growth in job openings that occurred in previous months. This has to do with, among others, the market’s expectation for further developments.
- Growth is the IT and e-commerce industry, as well as sales, logistics, and customer service positions. This is confirmed by data from Element ATS, and one of the biggest polish job boards – Pracuj.pl,
- According to Adecco Group data, 42% of companies plan new recruitments between August and October.
